Sorry, posting to be delayed

Due to a miscalculation on my part, I started posting from Sunday the 9th.

I found out this is incorrect so will start making posts again on Sunday the 23rd, the official start of The Purpose Driven Life at GBC. The starting period is a time for prayer and fasting in preperation for the campaign.

Sorry for the confusion.

So, October 23rd = book day 1
October 24th = book day 2
etc.

If you missed the Simulcast, don’t miss the reshowings:
October 16th, 2:00pm – Coleman Hall
October 23rd, 2:00pm – Room 405

Day 0: Getting the most from this book

Finding God’s purpose for your life.

It’s always striking when the focus is on God’s plan. I remember a time when I wondered what I sould do with my life. But the focus on myself resulted in no conclusions.

A turning point was realising that it’s God who is all-powerful and almightly, surely he doesn’t need me, and can do anything anyway. Of course he can do anything, but he wants us to join Him in that because he loves us, that’s his nature.

The next 40 days should transform your life. It’s a complete change in perspective that puts things in focus, and especially your relationship with God in focus.

Your thoughts are valuable, and can help others to feel comfort, either in knowing what they are feeling is not unique and they’re not alone, or that there is hope, through Christ, which can be shared by you.

So each day, please read the book and pray.

Pray, because its your communication with God.
